TÜV SÜD America Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. John Petie, Food Safety Program Manager, will participate as a panelist in the discussion on Food Safety Audits at the METTLER TOLEDO Food Safety Exchange Conference 2012 on June 26-27, 2012. The event will take place at the Crowne Plaza Chicago OHare in Chicago, Illinois.

The discussion will run on Track A at 3:00-4:00 pm during each day of the two-day event. The presentation will also include a question-and-answer session for attendees. The free conference is an educational and networking opportunity for food processors, retailers, auditors, standards owners, trade organizations, and other food safety experts to learn about new food safety regulatory requirements, the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), and other GFSI-recognized food safety programs.
