Mr. John Petie, Food Safety Program Manager at TÜV SÜD America Inc. will participate as a Subject Matter Expert at the Food Safety Summit Resource Center during the Pack Expo on September 26-28, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During the expo, the Food Safety Summit Resource Center provides a venue for attendees to ask questions and obtain information on a variety of food safety-related topics. As a Subject Matter Expert, he will address questions, concerns, and share information regarding the topics of Allergens including the development of current best-practice segregation and operational controls to minimize cross-contamination, and Sanitation best-practice SSOPs to facilitate training. Mr. Petie will be available at the Resource Center at the following times:

• Monday, September 26, 2011 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
• Tuesday, September 27, 2011 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
