TÜV SÜD Industry Service provides steam generator maintenance and repair services, working year-round with your staff to update planning, anticipate needs, and be on call to respond to your forced and planned outage needs. Additionally, TÜV SÜD Industry Service can provide maintenance services during plant on-line periods, supplementing your plant maintenance staff.

Services Include:

• Steam generator maintenance and repair services provided under ASME "S, "U", "PP", and National Board "R" stamps for all manufacturers’ steam generators.

• Refractory maintenance and repair services for all steam generator and process plant applications. Our materials, installation, Q.A. and testing procedures are industry-leading. Utilizing these procedures and practices, clients are assured of high-quality refractory linings. Our refractory superintendents are certified for inspection, training and installation by the American Petroleum Institute - 936 Refractory Practitioner Program.

• Mechanical maintenance and repair for rotating equipment and other nonpressure part components and systems.

• Outage management service by professional construction personnel for the planning, administration and execution of planned, or emergency outages.

Services are available on a time- and-material, or firm-priced basis. Additionally, services are also offered on a turnkey basis including full demolition, scaffolding, erection and/or replacement and upgrade services.
